Tourism Certified Manager (TCM)

Once you are certified, you are awarded a pin, a certificate, and a designation. You also earn the right to display your professional designation on business cards and résumés.

Tourism Certified Manager Designation by Occupation

The Tourism Certified Manager (TCM) designation applies to professionals who manage operations and deal with administrations. These professionals may also manage staff, but staff management is not their primary responsibility. The TCM-eligible occupations include:

• Campground Operator
• Food & Beverage Manager
• Events Manager

Candidates may choose to apply for one or more designations, depending on the occupation and level of experience. When applicable, recognition earned for one designation will be credited toward the next one.
