Refund Policy

Printed materials and DVDs:

  • All materials are non-refundable unless damaged or defective when delivered. In the event of damaged or incorrect product, you must notify CTHRC and a credit or replacement order will be supplied.

Online Learning:

  • If course purchased but not started – full credit
  • If course has been started – no refund available

Certification

  • Full refund (less $75 administration fee) if within one year of purchase and no exam or other assessment has taken place
