This exam has 100 questions and is based on the Transferable Skills National Occupational Standards along with the Canadian Workplace Essentials workbook specifically designed to meet the needs of foreign-trained workers. Successfully completing this exam demonstrates that the learner has knowledge of essential skills required for employment in tourism. This examination was developed in 2008. This certificate is related to the Canadian Workplace Essentials training products v.1 series.
