Developed in partnership with the Saskatchewan Tourism Education Council (STEC), Service Best is a customer service training program suitable for all employees, especially those in front line occupations who deal with customers on a regular basis. The skills covered in the course will have a positive effect on your employees, your business, and most importantly, your customers.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to demonstrate the skills required for handling difficult situations with customers; develop and maintain the positive attitude necessary for providing excellent customer service; and demonstrate confidence in their role as a service professional.
