For Certified Directors of Housekeeping who wish to renew their certification (required every three years after obtaining the Tourism Certified Manager designation).
To ensure Emerit Certified Directors of Housekeeping maintain their core competencies and meet the evolving requirements of the industry, Emerit requires a renewal of their TCM credential every three years.
To maintain an active certification and the right to use the credential, certificants must submit proof of 900 hours of relevant experience and 45 hours of professional development/continuous learning over the three years prior to renewal.
Certified professionals will be informed when their credential is up for renewal and will have until the end of that year to complete and submit their renewal requirements.
