The National Occupational Standards (Version 1.0) document represents the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be considered competent in Food and Beverage Management, in an international context. These standards are full of practical information that will help Food and Beverage Managers offer quality service. Created in 2012, these standards are the basis of the new, soon to be released Food and Beverage Management International Certification program.
